Within the Framework of the Jean Monnet Module Project an International Scientific Conference was held in Georgian Technical University

On September 29-30, 2022, within the Framework of the Jean Monnet Module Project an International Scientific Conference “Georgia and European Integration” was held at the Georgian Technical University.

The conference was supported by the Faculty of Engineering Economic, Media Technology and Social Sciences and Department of Politics and International Relations of Georgian Technical University.

The conference was opened by the coordinator of the project and the head of the organizing team of the conference, Associate Professor of GTU Emzar Fazhava.

The opening of the conference was attended by:

Chairman of the Association of European Studies for the Caucasus – Professor Thomas Kruessmann, University of Graz.

Co-organizer and moderator of the conference, Ilia State University Professor Oliver Reisner;

The moderator of the conference Associate Professor of GTU Nugzar Bardavelidze.

The conference covered the following thematic areas: Humanities; Social Sciencies; Law; Business and Management.

The conference was attended by professor-teachers, doctoral students and masters from different universities of Georgia and abroad.

The aim of the conference was to support European Integration studies among the representatives of the scientific and research field and students;

Papers presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings journal “European Studies”, and the electronic version will be placed on the project website http://jeanmonnet.gtu.ge

The project is supported by the Erasmus + Jean Monnet module and the Georgian Technical University.
